Where's Android? There are more Android users than iPhone.

Mike and Ricky - Thank you for your questions about the availability of Android. An Android app will be offered to our customers. Unfortunately, it is too early to give you an updated timeframe.  We are aware of the importance of this item and are working toward that end.  In the interim, we ask Android users to enroll in Mobile Banking and access accounts via their mobile web browser or try our Text/SMS banking.

I have been very pleased with Arvest, that has been due in large part to the mobile banking options available on my android phone. I have come to depend on it. Unfortunately, I did not receive a letter, phone call, text or email alerting me that this service would be unavailable to android users after Oct 31. To make matters worse, as a Google Chrome user, I have been confronted with a certificate error when I attempt to login.

This has been a real inconvenience to me and I'm concerned about your mobile operations. As Ricky pointed out, Android has a much larger market share than iOS devices. Leaving android users out in the cold during this switch - without a clearly defined timeline, no less - is frustrating and makes me wonder whether I made the right decision in moving my account to Arvest.
